The benefits in general are weird. Agfa had 100% coverage for all para-med services up to the annual limits (massage, physio, chiro etc). UoG covers up to 30$ of each massage appointment, to a total of 450$/year. Chiro, osteo, naturopathy are 20$/visit to 300$/year. Given that most of those cost at least 80-90/visit, that's a lot of fees out of pocket. If I had the flex account, I could use it to cover the rest, but I don't get that yet.

On the other hand, physio is 100% covered with no limits.
