It's an interesting situation because we need writers to function the way we are currently set up.

My belief is that they are going to restructure so we focus only on large projects for large companies (we got our start supporting small and medium sized businesses). In that case, we'll only need 2-4 writers and 1 manager. Currently we have 6 writers, 3 managers, and 3 directors. I have mentioned to my coworkers that I think there will be more firings/layoffs to come.

Ryan claims to never have laid anyone off, so I think that's a big reason why they are searching for cause for everyone.
