Writing topic help

I'm hoping to submit to an anthology this year. I have a month to come up with 1500-3000 engaging words about education. Thing is... I have no idea. I've not been in school for 20 years. Vv barely started. Either way, I don't have any anecdotes that I must write. I'm hoping to have a plan by the 7th.
