It is hot

My office at home doesn't have the best airflow (or any airflow). Second floor, one gable window at one end of a long room, computers at the other - so I'm tucked in a hot and airless corner.

I don't like the heat.

My pool isn't open yet because once again the winter did a number on the pool heater plumbing and I need to wait for someone to fix it.

I'm hot.

I don't like it.

I just realized I set the tag as pandemic 2020, as if I'm expecting another pandemic some other year in the future. My, I'm an optimistic soul!

It was hot here today. *sigh* So much for spring.

I'm glad I started gardening early so that most of the weeding is done in the cool wet, not the hot and dry.

I'm hot, too. Lucky you, with a pool!

Re: pandemic 2020, I was reading that the 1918 pandemic lasted three years. Ugh.

A pool that is still closed... and it was cold again on the weekend.

I hope you are staying safe and emotionally protected during this time of turmoil in Minneapolis.

It's been cold here, too, until today.

Yeah, taking care as best I can. You too take care, Garnigal.

It is like someone flipped a seasonal switch here, we went from spring to FULL ON summer heat. Our spring was so rainy too, feel like we didn't get to enjoy any nice days outside. Not that we could go out...I guess we had the back yard.

And then it was cold again!

I finally put my baby plants outside today to harden off. I have no doubt they'll be dead when I go get them before dinner
