New Friend!!!!
I'm incredibly goofy.
Yesterday I got involved in this very long series of back and forth comments over LJ. It was fun, and we seem to have a lot in common, but also a lot of differences. She friended me, I friended her - I feel like I'm ten years old and just got a friendship bracelet from one of the popular girls.
When I got home after Tae Kwon Do, I told D. all about my "new friend". I caught him giving me odd looks (how many friends have you made over the internet, buddy? dozens, easily! This is just my second.) But I don't care. Talking to different people was the whole point of this journal (and a place to find/post Buffy fanfic) and it's exciting that it actually worked.
Anyway, just wanted to share my goofiness and childishness with the world and to say hi to my new friend!
And now, back to my regularly scheduled (adult) life.
