When it rains....

garnigalOn the plus side, I get an extra day off before Xmas break starts.
On the minus side, Grandpa died last night.
It's for the best - he really doesn't need to be here for his youngest daughter's death in the near future, he wasn't happy being trapped in both a nursing home and in his own body with Parkinson's, and he was miserable without Gran. However, I feel terribly guilty that I haven't been up to see him in ages, and I'm so far from ready for Xmas (though that shouldn't be my priority right now), and Mom doesn't need this on her in addition to everything else.
