Please Help with TV Show Identification

My boss just asked me if I remembered a British TV series, frequently compared to Buffy.

It wasn't on the BBC, it was on the other network (LOL). Only ran for 2 seasons. The main character finds out she's descended from a witch, and dies and comes back as a ghost. She mentioned something about a fallen angel?

Anybody recognize it? Or can you give me any ideas for google search terms?

S1 is on Netflix, but S2 is only available in R2 DVDs.

Thanks. I'm going to have to go looking for it. I'd never heard of it before, but the Wikipedia synopsis sounds interesting. And the Title image looks like Supernatural :)

I like the series a lot (in fact I *bought* S2 after Netflixing S1) but I have to warn you that the the pilot episode is pretty weak--it improves MASSIVELY afterwards.

Hi,

a friend in the states sent me his R2 (1st season) boxset several months ago. I realise now that I never got around to checking if there was a 2nd season. I certainly liked them enough to want to see more.
