Difficult week - so bad it's nice to be back at work.

Last Monday (the 15th) I was working away when my cell rang - Derek told me, tears in his voice, that his father had just passed away. It was completely unexpected (though he'd be sick, he hadn't been that sick), and it made for a long, difficult and exhausting week.

Thanks to those who knew (the world really is small), and commented or sent messages.
