Honestly, I don't remember what I wrote! I hope it wasn't all nonsense. Sorry for the eyestrain; as if my handwriting wasn't bad enough, none of my pens were cooperating that day. The Philippine postal system is truly the most terrible in the world, so I'm glad the letter got through okay, even though it seems to have taken forever. I haven't received your letter yet <-- did I mention how bad our postal system is? It'll get here sooner or later (I hope!) but don't send any more for now!

It was a good letter, not nonsense at all. And your handwriting is fine! Perhaps I did pretend I was Indiana Jones translating some ancient hieroglyphs at time, but that just made it more fun.

I mailed mine either on the 30th or the 1st of October, so it might be a bit behind. I certainly hope it arrives!

Oh, hey, yours finally arrived1 Less than a month--not too bad! (Philpost really isn't that bad everywhere, it just seems to be our area. Believe it or not, I've received Christmas cards in July.) My terrible handwriting is legendary. Even I can't read it sometimes.
