So, speaking as someone who has been on the other side, if there isn't a dire need, it's usually a wait on someone to sign off. I always try to move things along, but there are those who like to go slow.

I know they were onboarding 50 people on Nov 2, so I'm not surprised I wasn't HRs priority. But I'm the hero of this story, damn it! They should realize that and focus on me!
