National Novel Writing Month

Am I nuts? I can barely finish the fanfiction I have started, what makes me think I can write 50,000 words in the course of a month? What makes me think I need one more thing pulling on me, sucking away my time, like a lamprey eel?

Ahh, yes, now I remember. I can't get into grad school because my marks are too low (or U of G is now punishing me as well as D.), so I'm going to show the bastards by writing a novel. In a month. On the plus side, it doesn't have to be a good novel.

So, anyone want to join me?

Sure you were talking about your writing. We all know what a horrible, unsupportive person you are.

Why does the word unsupportive (or supportive, for that matter) always make me think of bras?
