Groundhog Day!

I feel like a groundhog; just popping my head up.

I've been sent on contract by my work and it involves driving myself in everyday. I don't like mornings. I really don't like driving in the morning. I particularly don't like driving towards Canada's biggest city in the morning.

But worse than all that is the complete and total lack of internet access at the onsite. No email. No fanfic. No LJ. NO LJ!

My life sucks.

Unfortunately not. I had orginally said yes, but turns out we're doing Chinese New Year with the Wong's tomorrow. I'm very disappointed. It'll be 5 months between seeing you! At least we'll have lots to talk about by then!

I'm usually home around 7, so call whenever after that. I'm not really going out, so talking is good. I will be at book club though, come hell or high water!

I check my mail as soon as I get home, but I've been ignoring LJ, since it can be time consuming. I leave it and the fic for the weekends. :)

Thank goodness I've got access at home - I think I'd eat myself into an oblivion if I didn't.

That is why I only work part-time. :~)))
