Vacation is over! Sob!

Hey all - I'm finally home and conscious. Costa Rica was wonderful - hot and beautiful, relaxing and entertaining. We managed to get through a family vacation (Mom and Dad, Adam and Cheryl, Derek and I) without fighting.

I'm honestly overwhelmed by how great the trip was. I really don't know where to start in the retelling. We did a tour up to a volcano that included horseback riding, hot springs, a water slide and zip lining through the forest canopy. We hung on a beach and toured into another nearby local beach. We took a sailboat ride out to see the sunset in the Pacific. We saw the resort entertainment, participated in in the activities and sang karaoke. I got sun burnt and bug bitten.

It was a great time, and eventually we'll get some pictures up to prove it! Anyway, I'm glad to be home.

I'll tell Derek to hurry up and get the pics off the card. We also have to get the pics from Mom's and Adam's cameras, so we should have lots to post. :)

Hey, good to hear from you! Yeah, it was wonderful - 30-35 degrees Celcius all week. It got windy once in a while, but that just cooled us down a bit.
